PERSONALITY
Champagne is a charismatic she-cat, a rogue with distant kittypet background that still feels like the cream of the crop. She takes orders from no one (sans Jane), but will happily listen to suggestions from others - so long as they don't try to overstep her boundaries.
Despite being rather vain and cocky, she's a good leader; she's clever and quick on her feet, confident, and brave. She has no trouble making herself known in any scene, and happily follows Jane along with her plans.

HISTORY
Champagne's mother was a kittypet, and her father was a loner. She was born in the soft shelter of a twoleg nest, and spent her first few weeks with housefolk, but for pretty much as long as she can remember, she was on her own in the streets of the city; she only has the vaguest memories of being inside. She doesn't want anything to do with her kittypet past, and no longer even visits with her mother.
She was content to be on her own as a young cat, meandering the alleyways of apartment buildings of the city she was born in. She wasn't scared of twolegs so didn't mind staying near them, but always fled rather than be taken back inside their nests.
In her wandering within the city, she had a few run-ins with different groups of rogues; occasionally she did stay around in a group for a moon or two, but despite enjoying being social, she didn't enjoy being told what to do. Most of the leaders of the groups were petty, selfish, or downright cruel- or worse, boring and political, with far too many useless rules and micromanaging. She couldn't stand being without freedom.
She'd seen Jane around before, when she was still in her original group, but Champagne avoided that group for the most part, so she only really got to know her after that group disbanded. She realized that she really got along with Jane; they had a lot in common and both had a drive to lead.
When Jane decided to form her own group of cats, Champagne readily followed her. Now, she works alongside Jane happily.

Jane; leader/friend; syd Champagne respects Jane greatly and considers her her best friend. She's, to this day, the only cat that Champagne will readily take "orders" from, and she's pleased to be the second of the Claws to work alongside her friend.

- She respects Jane and her leadership, and is very loyal to her - but if anyone else tried to give her an order, she would do the exact opposite out of spite. She doesn't like being told what to do, and only allows Jane to because she trusts her completely.
- She's got a short temper, and is quick to squabble with other cats. Call her a kittypet and she'll claw your ears off.
- She's extremely quick and is rather clever; she doesn't have a lot of brute strength but her speed and agility makes her a formidable opponent - it's hard to lay a claw on her
