HISTORY
Born in a litter of two with her sister Peachkit, Tulipkit was always the quieter of the two sisters. While Peachkit wanted to run off to play with others, Tulipkit much preferred the silence of watching the hustle throughout the camp. She hardly always seemed to find it hard to say the right things to try and make friends, often by making others made with her blunt nature.
As a result, she didn't make many friends as a young kit, and Peachkit preferred to socialize with other kits and play games all day. Tulipkit spent a lot of time with her father, who always played the best games with her, soft games that she really liked.
Once apprenticed nothing much changed for Tulipkit. But she didn't mind. Regardless if she was close with anyone in particular, the clan was always warm and kind to her and she grew up feeling loved by her parents, though her sister remained distant.
Her training was fairly normal, and she did her best to make sure she was one of the quickest cats she could possibly be. The one thing she seemed to be better at than her sister, who seemed to be great at everything. She was always praised highly by Appleshine, while Tulip-paw could just never seem to bring her happiness.
During their apprenticeship, the sisters parents separated. Appleshine had found a new mate, with a loner in fact, and as a shock to the whole of MeadowClan, left the clan to be with him.
It left the young girls very sad and confused, as was Springstep, who was the most broken-hearted of all. It also shifted the sisters even further apart, with Peachpaw losing the mother that doted on her with affection, who then swore off all ties with both Tulip=paw and Springstep.
This shaped poor Tulip-paw into believing that it was better to be alone, and she vowed not to let herself get close to any other cats, other than her father. A foolish vow for one so young, but she couldn't bear to see her father so crushed, and she didn't wish to suffer the same.
Near the end of her training, there was a run in with a badger. Peachpaw and their mentors stepped in to drive it off, but Tulip-paw was still seriously injured, The badger had torn large gashes into her hind leg with its powers claws, and also managed to break her leg in the process.
This led to her warrior ceremony being postponed, while she watched her sister rise as Peachblossom.
It took almost a moon for her leg to heal properly, though she survived. She trained for an extra moon after, to help strengthen up her muscles. Sadly, she's not as fast as she was due to the injury still causing her pain from time to time.
After passing her assessment, Tulip-paw became Tulipscar, in honor of her will to survive after the badger attack.
Moons have passed without much incident, and she is simply striving to be a good MeadowClan warrior that Springstep will at least be proud of.
